Why Have Personal Training?

Personal training is all about keeping you motivated and getting the results you want in a safe and efficient manner and as anyone interested in health, martial arts and self discovery, the value of having your own personal trainer should not be overlooked.

Our personal training service differs from the usual in that we provide an all day service for clients. We appreciate that not everyone has the time or finances to train 5 times a week so we provide email / phone support throughout the day, whether that be answering any queries you have, providing nutritional advice or just giving you a bit of motivation and support!

As part of this service you will be given a weekly schedule to help you achieve your goals when you aren't training with us.

Whether your aim is to lose weight, improve stamina, become stronger, improve flexibility, gain muscle or increase your cardiovascular fitness we can get you where you want to be and beyond.

Sessions include a free 30 minute consultation and a referral scheme is in place to anyone taking part in Personal Training. Refer a friend and if they successfully take up Personal Training for 5 or more sessions you will be rewarded with one free session.
