Summer Training Retreat

The summer training retreat will take place at Centre Parcs, Sherwood Forest Resort, Nottinghamshire.  There will be a 3hr training session taking place each morning and evening on the 15th September and the 16th September (total of 12hrs training).

Although you will permitted to use the resort leisure facilities, no accommodation is included within the overall training fee.

2013 Self Protection 6 Month Course

The seminars will take place in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.  Each seminar will begin at 10am and finish at 1pm with a short break for refreshments.  The seminars will take place over a 6 month period in 2013 - dates to be announced shortly.
