- The HCA Self Protection Course. 

 This is a life changing course on which you will be taught essential self protection skills and learn how to apply the exact same principles to the real fight (i.e. everyday life) to achieve a dream reality which you may never have thought possible!

What does the course consist of?

A 3hr seminar will take place each month for a total duration of 6 months.

Each seminar will focus on one specific area of self protection as taught by Steve's teacher, the legendary Geoff Thompson, presented in a complete and progressive manner.

Dealing with Restriction Self Defence Techniques

During the course you will be given written material on the content covered, as well as being given food for thought homework tasks.

This is a life changing course and you should be aware that with growth always comes discomfort.  Because of this Steve will be offering his mentoring service by phone and email, at no extra charge, throughout the 6 month course.

Where and when will the course take place?

The seminars will take place in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.  Each seminar will begin at 10am and finish at 1pm with a short break for refreshments.  The seminars will take place on the following dates:

    What is the cost?

    A £45 deposit is required (no later than 19th February 2013) followed by either of the two options listed below:

    1.  A one-off payment of £160, to be paid no later than 4th March 2013

      = Total cost of £225.

    2.   5 monthly payments of £45, to paid by standing order prior to each of the first five seminars

      = Total cost of £270.
